Terms of Service

These Terms apply to services provided by Helen Priestley Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a call, purchasing a service, or working with us, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
We provide relationship and intimacy coaching services, including the Relationship Clarity Report and related sessions.
Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric care, legal advice, or emergency services. We are not a licensed psychotherapy practice.
2) Booking and starting work
New clients begin with a free intro call to check fit, suitability, and timing. If we decide to proceed, we will provide payment instructions and next steps, including any questionnaires.
3) Fees and payment
Fees are shown on our website or agreed in writing. Payment is required in advance unless agreed otherwise. Payments are processed via our payment provider and we do not store your full card details.
4) Rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows
If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.
Sessions rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice can be moved without charge, subject to availability.
Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours notice are usually charged in full, unless there is an exceptional circumstance.
If you do not attend a session without notice, the session is charged in full.
If you are late, we will still finish at the scheduled end time.
5) Refunds and dissatisfaction
Because this work involves real people and real patterns, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. We do commit to delivering a professional, structured process with care.
If you are unhappy with a service, please tell us as soon as possible. We will review what happened and, where appropriate, agree a fair resolution.
Where a service includes analysis and preparation (for example written reports), fees may become non-refundable once that work has started.
6) Your responsibilities
You agree to engage in good faith and to provide honest information. The quality of the work depends on openness and honesty. If key information is withheld, the outputs may be compromised.
7) Confidentiality
Coaching is confidential subject to legal and safeguarding exceptions. We may need to break confidentiality where there is an immediate risk of serious harm.
For the Relationship Clarity Report, individual questionnaire responses and individual sessions are confidential and are not shared word for word with the other partner. We synthesise themes and patterns in a way that supports progress and emotional safety.
8) Suitability and safety
Our services are not suitable where there is intimate partner violence, or ongoing untreated addictions to alcohol or substances. If you are unsure, raise this during the intro call.
If you are in immediate danger, call emergency services.
9) Intellectual property
Materials we provide, including written reports, templates, and scripts, are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.
10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
