I help relationships feel better than they do right now.
When a relationship isn't giving you what you need, it can be hard to know where to start.
You may know something needs to change. You may be stuck in the same arguments, struggling to reconnect, missing intimacy, dealing with a loss of trust, or trying to work out what happens next.
Or you may simply have reached the point where you think: I can't carry on like this.
I work with couples and individuals on relationship difficulties, including connection, communication, intimacy, trust, breakups, separation, co-parenting and difficult ex-partner dynamics.
My approach is warm, direct and practical. We work out what is happening, what matters most and what needs to change and then do something about it.
Coaching
For when you know something needs to change.
Coaching is practical support for couples and individuals who want to make progress.
We might work on rebuilding connection, improving communication, restoring intimacy, repairing trust or navigating a relationship that has changed.
I can also help when the relationship itself has ended but the relationship between you hasn't — whether that's co-parenting, an ex-partner dynamic or working out how to move forward.
This isn't passive, endless conversation. I'll listen carefully, ask the questions that matter, challenge you when useful and tell you what I see.
£85 / 60 minutes
Four sessions booked together: £320
Couples sessions sometimes need 90 minutes and are charged pro-rata. We'll agree the length in advance so there are no surprises.
You don't have to arrive as a couple.
Couples can start together, or one person can begin on their own.
Sometimes one partner is ready for help before the other. Sometimes it is simply easier to start by talking things through individually.
If bringing your partner into the work would be useful, we'll decide together how and when that should happen.
Relationship Clarity
Sometimes another coaching session isn't what you need.
Maybe you've already seen a relationship or marriage counsellor.
Maybe you've talked about the same thing so many times that you're exhausted by hearing yourself say it.
And perhaps your friends have started saying things like, "Aren't they awful?" or "Why are you putting up with this?"
But you don't really want anyone else telling you how bad your partner is. You want to understand what's happening and work out how to make it better, if that’s possible.
Or perhaps you haven't told anyone at all.
Sometimes you need someone outside the relationship who can listen without taking sides, look at the whole picture and give you an honest view.
A structured process for getting clarity quickly.
Relationship Clarity is designed for romantic relationships - whether you are together, struggling, at a crossroads, recovering from a rupture or trying to work out whether and how the relationship can move forward.
I gather information from both people, look across the whole picture, identify the patterns and dynamics that matter, and formulate my view of what is happening.
The result is a personalised Relationship Clarity Report that sets out what I see, what matters most, what needs to change and what I recommend you do next.
Many people hesitate to seek help because they do not want to commit to months of talking without knowing what will come out of it. Relationship Clarity is designed to be different. It gives both people the space to be heard properly, then turns what I learn into a clear relationship map and practical next steps
You're not paying for more sessions.
You're paying for the thinking that happens between them.
I take a complicated, emotionally loaded situation and turn it into a clearer picture you can work with.
You won’t have to spend months talking before you can start understanding what matters.
What you leave with
Your personalised Relationship Clarity Report includes:
A clear picture of what's happening
The core patterns driving disconnection, conflict or uncertainty — and how they are maintained.
What matters most
The needs, priorities and pressures that need attention.
What is worth protecting
The strengths in your relationship that are worth building on.
What needs to change
The key priorities most likely to create meaningful improvement.
What to actually do
Practical actions, conversations and scripts you can use immediately.
A direction for what's next
A recommendation for the most useful next step for your situation.
Sometimes the report and recommendations are enough to create a meaningful shift. Sometimes they become the foundation for further coaching. What happens next is your choice.
How it works
1. Private questionnaire
You each complete a detailed questionnaire designed to help me understand the relationship beyond what is immediately visible in a session.
Your responses are private. I do not share one partner's questionnaire responses with the other. I use what each of you tells me to build an overall picture of the relationship and synthesise the important themes, patterns and dynamics in the report.
2. Individual conversations
I speak to each of you privately, giving you space to say what you may find difficult to say together.
Your individual conversations are confidential. I do not report back what either person has said word-for-word.
3. Joint session
We bring the picture together and explore what I am seeing.
4. Your Relationship Clarity Report
I take everything I've learned and formulate my view of the situation, the key patterns and priorities, and what I recommend doing next.
5. Report walkthrough
We meet to talk through the report, answer questions and make sure you know what to do with it.
Investment: £950
To protect the quality of the work, I only take a limited number of Relationship Clarity clients each month.
A different kind of help.
Traditional counselling and therapy can be valuable. Relationship Clarity is simply a different kind of intervention.
It is:
Structured - there is a defined process and a clear outcome.
Whole-picture - I look across what each person tells me and consider how the different pieces fit together.
Practical and forward-focused - the aim isn't simply greater insight. It's knowing what to do with it.
Designed to reduce confusion quickly - you don't have to commit to months of work before you can start making sense of your situation
Sometimes the work needs to go deeper
Most of my work is practical and forward-focused. Sometimes, however, you can understand a reaction intellectually and still find that it doesn't change.
You may feel unsettled, stuck in a pattern, or find yourself reacting more strongly than the situation seems to warrant. Sometimes you don't even know where the reaction comes from.
Where appropriate, I may use Joy Reprinting, a gentle guided practice that can help you explore an emotionally significant experience from a place of greater safety, perspective and choice.
We do this one to one and privately. You remain in control throughout and never have to explore anything you do not want to.
It's not about changing the past. It's about changing the relationship you have with what happened.
Relationships don’t stay at home.
We may not bring our relationship to work.
But we do bring our nervous system's response to it.
Stress, poor sleep and emotional strain can affect how we concentrate, interpret other people's tone, regulate our emotions and respond under pressure.
So the difficult meeting feels harder. The Slack message sounds sharper. Patience runs out faster. Concentration is harder to find.
And the reverse is true too: strong, supportive relationships can be an important foundation for wellbeing and resilience.
I'm developing a workplace wellbeing offer around this often-overlooked connection between relationships and working life.
It isn't relationship counselling at work.
It's the missing link in many companies' wellbeing offering.
More to come.
Is Relationship Clarity right for you?
You might be at a point where:
You are drifting into parallel lives and cannot get back to “us”
You keep having the same arguments and nothing changes
Intimacy has gone quiet, tense, or transactional
Home feels like a place where you “can’t do anything right”
Trust has been shaken and you do not know what is repairable
You are in the grey zone: love them, not in love with them
You feel it should be better than this and you want more
you are considering separation but don't know whether you're ready
you've tried talking, counselling or doing things differently and are still stuck
You find yourself comparing your relationship to others, or getting some needs met outside the relationship
You are asking a question you almost do not want to say out loud: are we okay, is this it, should we keep going?
You don't need to know the answer before you start.
The purpose of Relationship Clarity is to help you understand the situation well enough to make a more informed decision about what happens next.
Important notes
Openness and honesty
The quality of the report depends on openness and honesty from all the people. If key information is withheld, the outputs will be compromised.
Confidentiality
Your questionnaire responses and individual interviews are confidential and used to build an accurate picture. I do not share one partner’s private disclosures word for word with the other. I synthesise themes and patterns in a way that supports progress and emotional safety.
If something important emerges that one person does not want shared, we will handle it carefully. I will encourage transparency and support you to disclose what is needed in a safe way. If a situation makes it impossible to proceed with integrity, I will say so.
Suitability
This work is not suitable where there is intimate partner violence, or ongoing untreated addictions to alcohol or substances. If you are unsure, book the free call and we will discuss the safest next step.
